Once you’ve earned enough points you can instantly redeem your points for a store credit to be used on any future purchases (yes, even during a sale or with a discount coupon).

  • For every $1 AUD spent = 1 point (excludes the purchase of a Freddy Gift Card both online and in-store.)

As a loyal Freddy lover, we wanted to make it easy for you to earn rewards that are worth it! We have four membership levels you can climb in order to unlock exclusive perks. The higher your status the more secret rewards you unlock. These rewards are so juicy, we’ll only tell you what they are when you reach that membership level.

Yes. Points expire every 6 months. So it is important that you use them within this timeframe otherwise they will disappear.

Yes. When you have accumulated enough points in order to redeem a store credit, you can use this as payment towards your order.

Yes. When you redeem your points for store credit, you can use this value towards both full priced and sale items. In other words, there are no restrictions on how you spend your store credit.

Yes. You can use both a discount code (max. of one discount per order - full priced items only) and a Gift Card (you can use more than one gift card at a time) on your Freddy order.

Login to your Freddy account and click on the Rewards tab to view your available rewards. If you’re eligible for a store credit, it’ll be available to redeem.

You can check your Freddy Rewards points balance just by logging into your account.

No. As long as you have previously signed up with your preferred email to the Freddy Rewards program, then it’ll automatically apply every point you earn onto your account without having to login every time you shop.

Please note:

  • If you have not signed up to become a Freddy Rewards member, you will not accumulate points automatically. To start earning rewards sign up here and you will instantly receive 30 bonus points just for signing up.
  • If you checkout using a different email address than the one on your Freddy Rewards account your points will not be added to your Freddy Rewards account. Please reach out to us at

Once you have paid for your Freddy goodies, your account will be automatically credited. You can login after your payment is received for a live view of your points balance.

Freddy Rewards points may not be appearing because:

  • You have not made a purchase within 6 months of signing up.
  • You have returned a product for a refund.
  • You have exchanged a product for a lower value item, there will be an adjustment in points.
  • You have purchased a gift card. Gift cards are not eligible for points.
  • You have paid for shipping. Shipping costs are not eligible for points.

No. You do not need a physical Freddy Rewards card. The information provided upon sign up including your email address and phone number can be used to identify your Freddy Rewards membership whether you are in-store or online.

Just add your birthday on our rewards page and your reward will be sent to your email on your birthday.

To maintain your tier status you need to make a purchase and maintain your points value within a 12 month period in order to keep your Freddy Rewards status.

Each Freddy distributor per country is a separate entity as such, account and points earned from other countries may not be merged and is only applicable on the Freddy country you purchased from. E.g. Your account and the points you earned from Freddy Australia is only accessible and redeemable via the Freddy Australia website

To get your Birthday treat from Freddy, make sure you have added your birthdate in your account. Simply log in to your Freddy account using your registered email and password, go to Rewards page, scroll down and you can add your birth date on the box that says Birthday rewards. Please expect your Birthday reward via email on the day of your birthday.
