SHAPE
A customised silicone band shapes and sculpts the waistline while keeping pants up and in place.

SMOOTH
High quality fabric with the perfect amount of stretch combined with strategically placed panels provide a smoothing and shaping effect to the hips and thighs.

LIFT
Specially designed seams define the bottom while creating a supportive lift.

1 - The material used is cotton jersey, devised to obtain the utmost control and stretch.
2 - The specific anatomical shape and the various bends of the insert which covers the buttocks, create a modelling and holding effect, as well as a push up effect.
3 - The materials and type of sewing used make sure that the trousers fit perfectly while the inter-buttock groove and induce a push-up effect.
4 - Customised silicone band, which improves the waistline fit, with a further shaping effect inserted inside the belt.
5 - Extra light silicone membrane, which creates a modelling and holding effect; it is inserted inside the trousers at hip/thigh level.

Australian Deliveries
Here at FREDDY, Australia Post is our mode of shipping for all orders. We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping and $14.95 for express shipping for all orders within Australia.

Your order will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order items. You should expect your parcel within 1-7 working days for standard shipping, and 1-3 working days for express shipping, depending on your location. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@freddystore.com.au and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however if undeliverable a calling card will be placed in your letter box to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.

New Zealand Deliveries
FREDDY delivers all New Zealand orders using Fastway NZ. We offer a flat rate of AUS$9.95 for all New Zealand orders.

You should expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. FREDDY are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc. 

Orders to New Zealand may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. The New Zealand duty threshold is $225NZD for clothing and fashion goods, orders over this value will be subject to duties and taxes. FREDDY takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in New Zealand. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. If your package is subject to duties and taxes you will be contacted to advise of the taxes that have been applied and request payment. Once payment is received the goods will be released for delivery.  Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.

USA Deliveries
Final delivery for all USA orders are made by USPS.  We offer a flat rate of AUS$14.95 for all USA deliveries.

Other International deliveries
Delivery for all International orders are made by Australia Post. Once it reached the country of destination, the package will be delivered by your local post.  We offer a flat rate of AUS$14.95 for all International deliveries.

SALE Period Deliveries
We do our best to dispatch orders between 24-48 hours after you have ordered, however during busy periods and high demand it can sometimes take a little longer. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed during SALE periods. 

Pre-order Deliveries
Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date only. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Your Paypal account will be charged upon placing your order. If for some reason we cannot fulfil your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order and refund you. All pre-order items will be shipped via Australia Post, as per our shipping details above.

NB: We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post/International shipping companies. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the Australia Post/International postal representative upon delivery.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.

Returned to Sender
In case your order has been returned to us due to being unclaimed from the post office or incorrect/incomplete address, kindly send us a message at hello@freddystore.com.au and we will be glad to re-ship it to you. Please note that additional shipping fee may apply.

Lost in transit
We recommend for you lodge an investigation and report this instance to Australian Post quoting your tracking number so they may record incidents like this, take necessary action and provide a possible solution.

Please note: We cannot offer a refund for change of mind on SALE items, or purchases that were made using a discount voucher/code or during a SALE period. We will however be able to exchange for a different size of the same item, stock permitting and provided it's returned within our usual return policy.  

ONLINE RETURNS
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their FREDDY purchases, and understand the risks in buying an item of clothing without trying it on, feeling the fabric or seeing the colours in the flesh. That’s why we offer a 14 day return policy on all full priced items, starting from when you receive your parcel. 

Provided the item has not been worn, washed, altered, damaged or stained/marked in any way and still has original swing tags attached, you may return it for an exchange or full refund (minus shipping costs). Expenses associated with return postage shall not be refunded on any return items. 

Please note: If you are returning an item from our WR.UP Sports range that arrive as a set, both the Pants and Tank Top must be returned together for us to process the return.

To make a return, email us your order number and reason for return at hello@freddystore.com.au and we will email you back with instructions on how to make a return. Your item MUST be returned within 7 days from when your return is authorised to qualify a exchange or refund/credit note. 

www.freddystore.com.au will not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. 

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. We endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible, however please allow at least 10 business days from receipt of goods for your refund to appear in your account. We can only issue your refund in the same method as to which your item was paid.

EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange a purchase for another style or size, please email us your order number and reason for exchange within our 14 day return period at hello@freddystore.com.au and we will email you back with instructions on how to exchange.

Provided the item has not been worn, washed, altered, damaged or stained/marked in any way and still has original swing tags attached, you may return it for an exchange.

Our clothes are very popular and many styles sellout quickly.  To avoid your wanted item selling out in your size/style we suggest you re-purchase this item right away and indicate you have repurchased in your return email. We will then refund your your original order once we have received your return and all is in order. 

Return postage cost associated with returning an item must be paid by the customer. FREDDY will send you back your first exchanged item without additional postage costs. All postage costs associated with exchanges thereafter are not refunded by FREDDY Australia & New Zealand. FREDDY Australia & New Zealand does not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders. If you wish to return an item for an exchange, additional shipping costs will apply.

We take great care when picking and packaging your order to ensure it is in perfect condition, ready for you to wear and enjoy. If when you receive your order you find a fault in some way that we may have missed, or a manufacturing fault has occurred within a reasonable time frame, please email us immediately at hello@freddystore.com.au to discuss further.

If the fault is deemed our responsibility, we are happy to replace your item if stock is on hand, or endeavour to reorder from supplier subject to availability.  We will refund you for both product & return shipping for faulty items if we are unable to replace with an identical item.

Please note: items which have been damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased in one of our physical stores can be returned in store within 14 days of the date of purchase.  We do not offer refunds for items returned for change of mind that are purchased in store.  We will be able to offer an exchange or gift card provided items comply with our terms and conditions and are unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and in 100% resalable condition with all original swing tags attached. 

Items must be accompanied by your emailed store receipt.  We are unable to accept returns, including exchanges on SALE items and items purchased using a voucher/code for incorrect choice, fit or change of mind. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund on sale items, or purchases that were made using a discount voucher/code.  Freddy gift cards are non refundable.

GENERAL CARE FOR YOUR FREDDY WR.UP®:

  • When choosing your dream FREDDY WR.UP pants It is important that you get the correct size so they can accentuate your figure rather than flatten and over stretch around your buttocks and crotch area.  If the seams are over stretched it can cause too much pressure and could lead to damaging the pants.
  • You need to put on your FREDDY WR.UP® pants like stockings by gradually rolling them up the legs instead of pulling up from the waist.
  • Always open the buttons and undo the zipper before putting on and taking them off. 
  • DO NOT pull at the belt loops or tug at the waist of the pants, as this will damage the pants. 
  • Be extra careful if you have long or false fingernails and keep your pants away from sharp or rough surfaces as these can damage the delicate material of the pants. 
  • FREDDY WR.UP® fashion pants may give some people the impression they could be used for working out. These pants are not designed to be used while exercising, they are meant to be used after the gym. Try our FREDDY WR.UP® Sport with its D.I.W.O technology if you are looking for something to run, train or work out in.
  • HAND WASH only in cold water with a small amount of mild detergent
  • Unfasten any buttons before washing
  • DO NOT use fabric softener as this inhabits the wicking capabilities in technical fabrics
  • Wash sport wear after each use, as deodorants may bleach the fabric.
  • DO NOT leave wet. DO NOT soak. DO NOT tumble dry. DO NOT dry clean. DO NOT bleach
  • DO NOT iron on or near the silicone membrane
  • Line dry in shade without delay. DO NOT dry in direct sunlight.
