Bought during a sale or over Christmas? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

We ship from Sydney NSW. If your order or some items in your order are unavailable in our Sydney warehouse, we may ship from our Melbourne stores, and shipping times may vary.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for redelivery of your order. Additionally, any returned to sender charges, costs or fees will be shouldered by customers.

If your Freddy order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy. We understand the valuable nature of your purchase, as such, you have the option to include Shipping Protection with your order that provides protection from loss, damage or theft. 

Shipping protection option is available for you at checkout if you would like to avail this together with your order.

NOTE: Lost parcels due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non-collection or refusal of delivery is NOT eligible for this protection.

Documentation requirements submitted will be assessed accordingly, additional information or documents may be required. Approval of the replacement request will be at the company’s discretion.

If the same product becomes out of stock, a store credit will be provided.

Care for us

• The right size means a flattering fit. The wrong size risks overstretching or sagging, so choose carefully. See our size guide for help.
• Put your pants on like stockings; gradually roll up the legs and slip in. Never pull from the waist.
• Be gentle when dressing. Open buttons and undo zippers before putting on and taking off clothes.
• Belt loops are for belts, not tugging. Too much force will cause damage. Put them on with care.
• Your clothes will go where you go; dates, shopping sprees and nail appointments. Be careful with your fresh manicure, as sharp and rough surfaces can damage the material if not handled properly.
• Only the FREDDY WR.UP in the Sport range with D.I.W.O technology should be worn while working out. Other pants should be reserved for espresso martinis or movie marathons.
• Hand wash with cold water using a mild detergent, whilst Beyonce Knowles plays in the background.
• Avoid using fabric softener. This can ruin the wicking function in the technical fabrics.
• Deodorants are harsh and can bleach fabrics, so sports gear should be washed after each wear.
• The indigo dye used for this garment could bleed, as it happens for any other jeans.
