Bought during a sale or over Christmas? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

We ship from Sydney NSW. If your order or some items in your order are unavailable in our Sydney warehouse, we may ship from our Melbourne stores, and shipping times may vary.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for redelivery of your order. Additionally, any returned to sender charges, costs or fees will be shouldered by customers.

Customs (International orders)
Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes or clearance. This may vary for each country and any charges will be paid by you.

If your Freddy order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy. Shipping Protection 

We understand the valuable nature of your purchase, as such, you have the option to include Shipping Protection with your order that provides protection from loss, damage or theft. 

Shipping protection option is available for you at checkout if you would like to avail this together with your order.

NOTE: Lost parcels due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non-collection or refusal of delivery is NOT eligible for this protection.

Documentation requirements submitted will be assessed accordingly, additional information or documents may be required. Approval of the replacement request will be at the company’s discretion.

If you have included Shipping Protection with your order and your shipping or delivery issue falls within the mentioned table above, please reach out to our Customer support team at support@freddystore.com.au to request for a replacement.

If the same product becomes out of stock, a store credit will be provided.

• Exchange: you may exchange for another size of the same product (if available and eligible)
• Try Before You Buy purchases - customers have 4 days from delivery to request for a return via Try with Mirra returns Portal (Available on Full Priced Items only)

• You get to choose from a refund (online orders only), exchange or store credit as long as your order meets our Returns Terms & Conditions.

• Store Credit from Returns: valid for 3 months from issuance
• Customers can make up to 2 returns per eligible order. For the second return, a Freddy store credit will be issued, and a restocking fee will apply per item
