How much will it cost to ship my Freddy order?
We use Australia Post for all orders within Australian, offering a flat rate of $9.95 for Express shipping. For New Zealand orders, we fly with Fastway NZ, offering a flat shipping rate of AUS$9.95 for standard shipping. To get FREDDY overseas, our international shipping rate is AUD$14.95. How long does it take for my FREDDY order to arrive?
Once you’ve placed your order, it will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 24-48 hours, so get ready to make space in your wardrobe.
For those of you in Australia, delivery times can vary. But sit tight, we're sending your Freddys Express ship - we’re coming for you.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a dispatch email confirming your order is on its way. This email will include a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery date. Once your order is in the hands of the postman, it becomes the property of Australia Post/International courier companies. They’re safe hands, but if your Freddy delivery doesn’t reach you in the above time frame, send us a message and we’ll help you track it down.
What’s my size?
We’ve learnt from all the bodies, butts and beauties we could find to create the perfect fit. You can view our full size guide here.
Select your usual pants size and see what corresponds in Freddy sizing. Our WR.UP style is a smaller Italian cut, designed to maintain shape, rather than stretch. If your body is between sizes, we suggest going up one. And if you’re one size in our denim range, you’ll be the same size in our fashion and sport ranges, too.
What happens if my product is damaged?
We should arrive on your doorstep ready to wear to the street, studio or couch. But if something isn’t quite right, or you have any concerns, contact us at email@example.com within 24hours of receiving your order.
Can I exchange or return my order?
If it wasn’t love at first sight, we can exchange or refund any regular priced, new product within 30 days from the date they arrived at your door. See our full returns and exchange policy here.
I ordered the wrong size, can I change my order?
All orders are considered final when confirmed at checkout. If you’ve purchased the wrong size, send us a quick email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details. But if your order is already on its way, you can exchange your product once it has arrived, by following the instructions here.
The pants I want are out of stock, or you don't have my size. When will you be getting more stock in?
New stock is regularly received from our Italian warehouse. We know we're the perfect fit for you, but if your size is out of stock, simply click on the size you want on the product page. A little box will pop up asking for your email address, so the minute your size is in stock, you’ll be notified straight away.
I have received an ‘invalid' tracking number?
For Aus Orders:
Once you place your order, it takes a few hours for your tracking link to be updated on the Australia Post website. Check again later. If it’s invalid after 48 hours, email us and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
After placing your order, it takes 3-5 business days for your tracking link to get updated. We’re going through transit and customs from Sydney to New Zealand, so allow us time to sort out our passports, travel socks, and sleeping mask. If your tracking number is still not showing after the 5 days, get in touch with us.
For USA orders, we use DHL. Allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated on the DHL website. Unfortunately, travel portals don’t exist, yet. If your number is still listed as invalid or there’s no tracking number at all, send us an email and we’ll get to the bottom of it. If your order has not made it to your tender loving arms within 10-20 business days, email us right away at email@example.com. An investigation request will be lodged and your Freddy will be found.
Other Int orders:
For all other international orders, we use DHL. Your tracking number should appear after 48 hours, but if you’ve waited, and waited, and nothing has appeared, or it’s coming up as invalid, email us and we’ll see what we can do. If you haven’t received your order within 10-20 business days, email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll start an investigation to find out where your Freddy is.
Do you have any stores or stockists in Australia or New Zealand?
What type of dying techniques do you use?
There are two ways to dye. The standard way is to dye the fabric first, then build the product. The other way is to build the product first, then dye after. This offers a more refined, pastel colour. We do both.

We’ll boost you up like no friend you’ve ever had. Using our WR.UP technology, our designs work to enhance your feminine curves, shaping and embracing your butt, chest, thighs, calves and waist. What does D.I.W.O.® fabric mean for me?
DIWO stands for Dry In Wet Out. Made from polyester, our special elastic fabric is designed to move body sweat from inside your clothes to the outside. This helps keep your body temperature in check, so when you’re between workouts, you can avoid that post sweat chill from the moisture between your body and our fabric.
What payment methods do you accept?
When it comes to checking out, you’ve got a few options. You can use your credit or debit card, as well as your Paypal account. For Aussies, Afterpay is available, too. Carrier pigeon is still in development.
Is it safe to purchase online from www.freddystore.com.au?
All your credit card information is encrypted and safely transmitted, so whether you’re paying with your credit card, PayPal, or Afterpay, your details are secure. We don’t store these details or share them with anyone else, so you can feel safe knowing it’s just between us.
How do I remove a stain or grease from my FREDDY pants?
It’s a two way street. Take care of your Freddy’s, and your Freddy’s will take care of you. Follow all care instructions here to avoid any early exits.
The simple solution: hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not soak and do not dry clean. If your Freddy’s are still going through a bad patch, consult with your local cleaner.
The order I received is incomplete, or I received an incorrect item, what should I do?
If you’ve received the incorrect item, or an incomplete order, contact us at email@example.com. We’ll help you get to the butt of the problem.
What currency are your prices in?
In our Australian stores, we offer Australian Dollars. Or as locals say, dollarydoos.
I still haven’t received my order and it’s passed the expected delivery date?
If you’re still waiting for your Freddy order to arrive, get in touch with Australia Post or your local mail service with your tracking number. Your Freddy’s are in their safe hands, so they will be the fastest in letting you know where your order is. If they can’t give you any information, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll lodge an investigation, Sherlock Holmes style.
