Business as usual at Freddy, our dispatch centers and courier services are 100% operational. Some delay maybe experienced with shipping/ delivery due to the unprecedented volume experienced by couriers and challenges of the pandemic.

Despatch
We’ll ship your order within 1-2 business days from purchase date.

Bought during a sale or over Christmas? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

We ship from Sydney NSW. If your order or some items in your order are unavailable in our Sydney warehouse, we may ship from our Melbourne stores, and shipping times may vary.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for redelivery of your order.

Australia
If you opt for a safe drop, this means you understand and accept any risk or responsibility for the parcel.

Customs
Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes or clearance. This may vary for each country and any charges will be paid by you.

Help
If your Freddy order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy. Shipping Protection 
We understand the valuable nature of your purchase, as such, you have the option to include Shipping Protection with your order that provides protection from loss, damage or theft.

If you would like to avail the Shipping Protection together with your order, please tick "Add Shipping Protection from Damage, Loss & Theft" on check out.

NOTE: Lost parcels due to incorrect address, incomplete address, non-collection or refusal of delivery is NOT eligible for this protection.

Documentation requirements submitted will be assessed accordingly, additional information or documents may be required. Approval of the replacement request will be at the company’s discretion.

If you have purchased Shipping Protection with your order and your shipping or delivery issue falls within the mentioned table above, please reach out to our Customer support team at support@freddystore.com.au to request for a replacement.

If the same product becomes out of stock, a store credit will be provided.
