Business as usual at Freddy, we are experiencing zero delays with online orders. Our dispatch centres and postal services are operating as normal.
We are offering free express shipping within Australia and New Zealand on all orders and 30 day returns so you can shop with ease over the Afterpay Sale period.

Bought during a sale or over Christmas? Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
We ship from Sydney NSW. If your order or some items in your order are unavailable in our Sydney warehouse, we may ship from either our Perth or Melbourne stores, and shipping times may vary.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for redelivery of your order.
If you opt for a safe drop, this means you understand and accept any risk or responsibility for the parcel.
Your Freddy parcel begins its journey with DHL. Once your order reaches your country, it will then be delivered by your local postal service.
Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance. This may vary for each country and any charges will be paid by you.
If your Freddy order is delayed, missing or damaged in shipment, we recommend calling your local courier and quoting your tracking number. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes or custom clearance issues are beyond the control and responsibility of Freddy.
