Cremorne Store Manager

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our team.  

About you

You are an experienced Store Manager who is truly passionate about driving a high performance culture in store. As a strong leader, you are able to coach and mentor a team of Sales Assistants to ensure that they provide a world-class service to our valued customers all the time. Being a clear communicator, you are able to build strong relationships with the wider business to provide valuable insight from in store to help with decision making. You are highly analytical, operational and always think outside the box to become more efficient and to continuously improve the service and store results.  

About the Role

Your role will entail (but is not limited to):

• In store customer service - face to face, over the phone, via email (and occasionally via social media)
• Management and training of team
• Inventory management
• Retail Operations in store - processing stock, liaising with Customer Service and Head Office Team, processing online orders
• Visual merchandising
• Driving KPIs
• Analysing sales data
• Rostering
