Returns & Exchange (Outlet Store)

Return Policy:

  • Due to the exclusive nature of the products sold on our outlet store, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non faulty products
  • All sales are considered final sale
  • Some items might have slight imperfections, as the majority of the products sold are samples or factory seconds.  We will indicate in product descriptions if any products include minor imperfections.  By purchasing on our site, you accept that you are purchasing a product as described at a heavily reduced price and as such cannot be returned, unless for manufacturing faults not clearly communicated.    

     

    How to Return a faulty product:
    Verify your return or exchange meets our policy requirements.
      1. Get in touch with customer care at support@freddystore.com.au with your order number and we’ll let you know what to do next. You’ll need to return within 7 days from when we give you the green light.

    My item is Faulty?

    We take great care when picking and packaging your order to ensure it is in perfect condition, other than any minor imperfections indicated on the product description due to the nature of our outlet products.  If you receive your order and find a fault that was not communicated in the product description, please email us with photos within 48 hours from delivery at support@freddystore.com.au and we'll look into it for you.

    Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date.

    If the fault is deemed our responsibility, you can choose between a replacement if stock is on hand, a Gift Card if stock is unavailable or a full refund to your original payment method. We will refund or issue a Gift Card for both product(s) & return shipping fees for items deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

    Items are not considered faulty if they are as a result of normal wear and tear.
